About SK Purvis

A former resident of the US, SK is currently living in Edinburgh, Scotland, and attending Edinburgh Napier University where she is working on her PhD in Screenwriting. She holds a BA in English (Texas A&M, College Station, Texas), an MFA in Directing (Edinburgh Napier University, and an MA in Screenwriting (MetFilm/University of West London).

She has also worked as a technical editor, ESL teacher in Japan, car salesperson, and crime scene cleaner.

In addition, she has served on a number of theater boards as Vice President, CFO, and President. She as well implemented an accessibility program ("Sensory Seminar") for blind and low-sighted theater patrons.
